About the Role You?ll head up the development and delivery of a national B2B eCommerce and eService platform, designed to support and scale small businesses. This is your chance to drive digital innovation, create access to markets, and help SMMEs thrive across South Africa. What You?ll Do Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of a cutting-edge B2B platform Oversee platform operations ? uptime, performance, security, and scalability Drive platform adoption and user engagement across web and app Build partnerships, onboard third-party providers, and manage SLAs Align with EXCO, Finance, Risk, and Tech to ensure strategic integration Champion customer-centric innovation, UX research, and agile delivery Drive cost optimisation, monetisation strategies, and revenue growth Lead and develop a high-performing, diverse team Monitor platform metrics and continuously improve the value proposition What You Bring Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Commerce, Marketing, or similar MBA or postgrad qualification preferred Certifications in digital marketing, eCommerce or platform tech advantageous 5+ years in digital/online or commercial leadership roles Team management and cross-functional stakeholder experience Proven ability in platform business models, analytics, and innovation Strong communication, planning, and commercial skills What Success Looks Like Thousands of SMMEs using the platform to grow their businesses High engagement and satisfaction ratings across digital channels Increased financial inclusion, access to markets, and ecosystem development Strong partner ecosystem with measurable business outcomes A platform that truly enables South Africa?s future entrepreneurs   ..

Work directly with a senior cybersecurity specialist to support day-to-day security operations and projects
Create and update critical documentation like policies, procedures, and incident playbooks
Help roll out monthly security awareness training and phishing simulations across the organization
Learn and support monitoring of key security platforms including SIEM and EDR tools
Analyze alerts, assist with threat triage, and escalate risks to the appropriate teams
Participate in incident response-note-taking, evidence collection, and investigation summaries
Help identify process gaps and propose improvements to strengthen our cybersecurity posture
