An average-sized skilled nursing facility that offers sub-acute and on-site dialysis is in need of a seasoned and hands-on nursing leader to serve as their Director of Nursing. This facility is located in Philadelphia and is part of a growing company that provides the proper resources to promote quality care in their facilities.

Ideal candidates will possess:

Unencumbered RN license in the State of Pennsylvania
At least 5 years of nursing management experience in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting.
2+ years serving as the Director of Nursing.
Hands-on leadership, willing to lead from the floor.
Proven track record of State & Federal compliance, as evidenced by positive survey outcomes.
Excels in staff engagement and creating a cohesive team.
