Job Description

    RadiantLogic
    Experts who have strong hands-on experience with RadiantLogic FID & Global Sync (ICS).
    Experience with other Directory products like ODSEE, RedHat Directory, Ping Directory,
    Cyberark etc. is a plus overall experience with Directory Services solutions. The candidate must
    have hands-on on with the following on Radiant:
    Responsibilities:
    Designing, developing, and implementing data quality solutions
    Maintaining business continuity plans, including application restoration capabilities and
    testing of disaster recovery infrastructure set up with the customer's team
    New VDS integrations
    ICS Data synchronization with new authoritative sources, including enhancements and
    changes to existing authoritative sources
    Virtual directory service
    Build-up for new infrastructure/environment set-up needs for the technologies in scope
    including any new disaster recovery setup
    Preparation and upkeep of current-state documentation related to DS infrastructure and
    technologies in scope
    Requirements gathering, design, testing and build & release
    Schema changes/Indexing/configuration changes when required.
    Minor enhancements, patching, bug fixes etc.
    Root Cause Analysis for P0 & P1 incidents
    Ongoing analysis and monitoring of system and application performance
    Proactively identify and address performance issues
    Performing root cause analysis for performance issues
    Developing technical solutions for performance issues
    Ongoing analysis and monitoring of data quality issues
    Performing root cause analysis for data quality incidents (i. e., being able to identify and
    explain problems related to data sync, aggregation, and connector failures with source
    and subscriber applications)
    Coordination with product vendor for any product-related issue
    Leading technical conversations on Radiant FID in customer meetings.
    Requirements:
    Experience with the following programming languages & Scripting: Java, JavaScript,
    Python, Perl & Shell Script
    Experience with Linux operating systems
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Experience in Perl/Shell Scripting
    Strong Technical/Problem-solving skills.
    Roles and Responsibilities (Not Limited To):
    Work on Incidents, Service Requests, Change Requests, On-Boarding and Off-Boarding
    applications etc.
    Monitoring all Daily task, Server status, Server health check.
    Interacting with clients and users for understanding the issue and work on closure of
    those.
    Ability to work on multiple critical tasks simultaneously.
    Good verbal and written communication skills.
    Willing to work in weekly rotational shifts.
