The Senior Data Engineer Role
This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a Senior Data Engineer role where you ll not only design and build powerful batch and real-time integration solutions , but also play a key role in shaping how data empowers decisions across the business. Working within the Enterprise Data Management (EDM) team, you ll own the end-to-end delivery of scalable data systems, working with a modern tech stack including Qlik/Talend products , AWS, API/Real-time services and AI Platform agents . Youll also have the opportunity to support, train, and collaborate with teams globally, while taking the lead on data-driven initiatives that matter.

  • Improving performance and reliability - Streamline infrastructure and ensure systems are scalable, secure, and always on.
  • Setting best-in-class standards - Establish and promote engineering best practices that others across the business will follow.
  • Driving consistency and compliance - Ensure robust documentation, testing, and change control processes are in place and followed.
  • Solving real-world problems - Bring your analytical thinking to the table and tackle complex challenges with elegant solutions.
  • Leading with initiative - Take the reins on critical projects that push the boundaries of what s possible with data at scale.

We re looking for a teammate with:
BA/BS degree in Software Engineering, Information Management Systems, or a related field
5+ years of building System Integration solutions
Excellent working knowledge and hands-on experience with Qlik/Talend Real-time Integration (or comparable API/Real-time integration tool/technology) .
Strong experience with cloud technologies (preferably AWS), GitHub, Java/Python scripts , Message Queues (Kafka) and containerization (Docker / Kubernetes)
Advanced SQL skills and experience writing complex queries
API/Real-time integration product certifications will be a plus
Knowledge of other leading Data Integration, Data Management, and Master Data Management tools
Good team player, along with strong relationship building skills
Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
