We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our International Voice Process. If you're fluent in English and enjoy solving customer issues with patience and professionalism, this is the right opportunity for you!

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers
• Resolve queries related to products, services, orders, and complaints
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
• Maintain call logs and update CRM tools
  

Required Candidate Profile:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Comfortable with night shifts and rotational offs
• Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any stream
• Prior BPO experience (6 Months and Above)
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus
