Job Description Job description Designation: Assistant Team Lead (ATL) Role: Retail - Store Manager Department: B&M Retail Location: Delhi Salary: As per experience & market standards What You'll Do: Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning. Drive sales performance to meet revenue targets. Lead, train, and motivate the team for exceptional customer service. Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and merchandising.

Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards. What Were Looking For: Bachelors degree in any field. Prior experience in pharmacy store management preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
