Title: Marketing Strategist Time: Full-Time (8:00-4:00pm EST) Location: Remote Compensation: $30,000/y USD The Company Our client is a fast-growing digital marketing agency that partners with businesses to drive measurable growth through performance-driven campaigns. Their team specializes in lead generation and paid media, combining strategy, media buying, creative, and operations to deliver exceptional client outcomes. Role Overview: As the Marketing Strategist, you will own the end-to-end client experience?from onboarding to optimization?ensuring campaigns consistently meet or exceed performance goals. You will serve as the strategic link between media buying, creative, strategy, and operations, leveraging data-driven insights and marketing best practices to guide client success.

Key Responsibilities: Client Onboarding Lead discovery calls to translate goals into actionable briefs Define timelines and KPIs for campaign success Media Buying Oversight Mentor media buyers and ensure efficient execution across platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) Validate strategies and optimize pacing Client Relationship Management Conduct daily check-ins via video and Slack Present insights, manage feedback loops, and address issues proactively Project Management & QA Coordinate tasks using Monday.com across departments Uphold QA standards and SOPs for flawless delivery Performance Turnarounds Diagnose underperformance and implement corrections to meet KPIs quickly Process Optimization Improve workflows, document SOPs, and drive operational efficiency Campaign Management Manage and optimize 15+ concurrent campaigns aligned with client goals Data Analysis Extract insights from performance data to guide strategy CRM & Documentation Maintain updated records, strategic plans, and meeting notes Cross-Functional Collaboration Align internal teams for consistent execution and accountability Key Results: Enhanced client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication Improved campaign ROI via optimization strategies Streamlined operations and timely execution through effective project management Clear data visibility with well-maintained CRM and documentation Qualifications: 3+ years in digital marketing strategy and media buying (focus on lead gen / call generation) Proven experience leading teams and turning around underperforming campaigns Skilled in managing cross-functional teams (creative, dev, ops) Strong analytical and communication skills Proficient with Google, Meta, Microsoft Ads, Taboola, Monday.com, and CRM systems ..

Work directly with a senior cybersecurity specialist to support day-to-day security operations and projects
Create and update critical documentation like policies, procedures, and incident playbooks
Help roll out monthly security awareness training and phishing simulations across the organization
