Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 7 to 10 years of experience specializing in OS Imaging using MS MDT and possessing domain expertise in Food Services. The role involves a hybrid work model with day shifts focusing on enhancing our IT infrastructure to support business operations efficiently.


Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage OS imaging processes using MS MDT to ensure seamless deployment across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IT solutions that align with the specific needs of the food services domain.
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability in a hybrid work environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to OS imaging and deployment to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures for OS imaging and deployment to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve IT infrastructure and support business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations to maintain data security and integrity.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of IT systems to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of IT services and solutions.
  • Lead training sessions and workshops to enhance the technical skills of team members and promote knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to align IT initiatives with business objectives and drive innovation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the organization competitive.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in OS Imaging using MS MDT demonstrating a deep understanding of deployment processes.
  • Have a strong background in the food services domain with the ability to tailor IT solutions to industry-specific needs.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Show proficiency in documenting processes and creating standard operating procedures for IT operations.
  • Display a proactive approach to learning and adopting new technologies to enhance IT infrastructure.
  • Have a proven track record of ensuring compliance with industry standards and maintaining data security.
