Job DescriptionWe require Executive to execute operation related to Air Ticketing, Tours, Hotel Booking and other Travel Agency verticals.The Job includes Engaging with client to fullfil their Travel Related Requirements like Tours, Tickets, Accommodation, Transport, etcCoordinating with Hotels / Transporters / Other Suppliers Issuing Vouchers / Tickets / Travel Documents for Travel Services.Responsibilities:Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients. Understand and assess client travel needs and preferences. Provide personalized travel advice and recommendations. Itinerary Planning: Create detailed travel itineraries, including destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities. Consider client budgets, interests, and time constraints. Booking and Coordination: Book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure smooth arrangements. Monitor booking confirmations and make necessary adjustments. Document Issuance: Issue travel documents, including tickets, vouchers, and passports. Provide clear instructions on document usage and travel procedures. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the travel process. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Offer post-trip support and feedback mechanisms. Stay Updated: Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and industry news. Attend industry events and training sessions to enhance knowledge.
