Scope

To design Automotive parts like Brakes components, Suspension Components, Driveline components like Mounts, Fork, Housing , Bracket, Drivehsaft , Clutch Assembly / DMF / Clutch Release System for new vehicle programs considering manufacturing feasibility & assembly requirements in CATIA

• Expertise in 3D CAD designing of the components, assembly, Interface clearance study & 2D drafting using CATIA
• Designing of 3D & 2D driveline components like Automotive parts like Brakes components, Suspension Components, Driveline components like Mounts, Fork, Housing, Bracket, Driveshafts, Clutch Assembly / DMF / Clutch Release System for automotive/industrial applications.
• Utilize CAD software (CATIA/UG) to meticulously design components, Articulation study, Packaging, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.
• Conduct design and GD&T review and get it approved from design quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of driveline systems into the overall vehicle architecture.
• Work closely with powertrain, Vehicle Integration, other CFT to capture the design inputs and clearance requirements
