Your Role

We're seeking a Customer Service Agent fluent in Dutch and English to join one of the leading energy suppliers in The Netherlands. As part of our team, you'll handle inquiries via phone, chat, or email, assisting customers with various concerns such as billing, contract changes, and general inquiries.

Tasks

As a Customer Care Agent, you'll be responsible for the entire customer service process, addressing queries and requests related to billing, payments, tariff changes, complaints, retention, and more. Your goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction while fostering lasting relationships.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Dutch or Flemish (C2) and English (C1)
• Experience with CRM systems and MS Office
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong logical and analytical thinking
