Position Overview:

We are recruiting on purpose a Director of Land Planning, you will lead and oversee
all land planning activities within the civil engineering sector. Your role includes managing land
planning projects, guiding project teams, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining high
standards of quality and precision.
Qualifications & Skills:

? Bachelor's degree in land planning, landscape architecture, or a related field.
? Proven experience in land planning within the civil engineering industry.
? Strong project management skills, technical knowledge, and attention to detail.
? Effective communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
? Familiarity with planning concepts for all types of design.
? Proficiency in land planning software and tools.

The Director of Land Planning is essential in ensuring precision, accuracy, and quality in land planning operations. Your leadership will contribute to the company's success in delivering high-quality land planning services and maintaining its reputation as a leader in the civil engineering sector.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Project Oversight: Lead and manage land planning projects, ensuring they are executed accurately,
efficiently, and in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively, including land planning teams, equipment, and
technology, to optimize project success.

Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes and standards to maintain a high level of
precision and quality in land planning practices.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all land planning projects adhere to land use regulations and
standards, staying updated on regulatory changes and ensuring compliance.
Team Supervision: Lead and supervise land planning teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and
support for team members.

Resource Management: Collaborate with other departments and project managers to ensure efficient
resource utilization and the seamless integration of land planning services into overall projects.

Client Engagement: Interact with clients to understand their land development needs, provide
solutions, and ensure client satisfaction. Act as the primary contact for land planning projects.

Vision and Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of the company's strategic vision
and objectives related to land planning.
