Job Description As a QA Tester Fresher, you will be responsible for executing manual test cases, reporting bugs clearly, assisting in writing and maintaining test documentation, and collaborating with developers and product teams to resolve issues. Your role will also involve participation in regression, functional, and UI testing, as well as learning and applying QA tools and methodologies in live projects. The ideal candidate for this position will have completed formal training in software testing, including both manual and automation aspects. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.

Additionally, candidates with certifications in software testing (e.g., STLC, Selenium, JIRA, TestRail) and a basic understanding of QA concepts and SDLC will be given priority. To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong attention to detail, an analytical mindset, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Exposure to bug tracking tools like JIRA or Bugzilla, as well as familiarity with test automation basics, would be advantageous. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and the successful candidate must be willing to work in person.

Additionally, the ability to work in a hybrid model (both remotely and in the office) and the readiness to join a small team are important considerations for this role.
