Job Description

    Open Position: Desktop Support Engineer
    Location: Malad (West), Mumbai
    Experience: Fresher to 3 Years
    Qualification: Any Graduate
    We are hiring only Mumbai Western Line-based Candidates for the Position, i.e., from Bhayander to Dadar.
    We are working 6 days, i.e., from Monday to Saturday.

    Job Description

    The candidate must have strong expertise in networking, cloud computing, system maintenance, desktop support, and security systems.

    Network & Server Management

    • Design, deploy, and maintain LAN/WAN network infrastructure, including wire crimping and layout design.
    • Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software.
    • Assign routing protocols and perform routing table configuration.
    • Design and deploy efficient network systems for optimal performance.
    • Monitor network performance and modify systems for improved efficiency and security.
    • Ensure network connectivity and maintain network integrity across LAN/WAN environments.
    • Maintain network facilities on individual machines, such as drivers and printer settings.

    Desktop Support & Local IT Operations

    • Provide local IT support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
    • System assembling and disassembling, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
    • Install and configure Microsoft Outlook; troubleshoot email issues and server connectivity.
    • Maintain and troubleshoot file servers, printers, scanners, and other office IT equipment.

    Security & Surveillance

    • Awareness and hands-on experience with CCTV installation, configuration, and maintenance.
    • Maintain security best practices for both IT infrastructure and surveillance systems.

    Documentation & Compliance

    • Maintain accurate IT infrastructure documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with IT policies and data confidentiality protocols.

    Mandatory Skills

    • Strong technical knowledge (Networking, Windows Server, SQL, Outlook).
    • Hands-on experience with CCTV systems installation and maintenance.
    • Experience in system assembling/disassembling and wire crimping.
    • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Patience, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality service.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
