Key Role in a High-Tech Production Environment

Are you technically skilled, well-organized, and ready to play a crucial role in one of Europe?s most advanced kitchen production facilities? Then we invite you to join us as a Maintenance Planner / Preparatory worker.

In this innovative environment, we invest heavily in advanced machinery and continuous process optimization. Your job is to ensure that all maintenance operations?both internal and external?are well-coordinated and run smoothly. From preventive maintenance planning to managing large-scale maintenance shutdowns, your role is vital to operational continuity.

Your Responsibilities

  • Planning and preparing maintenance and improvement work on production equipment
  • Coordinating plant shutdowns involving multiple external contractors
  • Creating and managing maintenance schedules, including materials and cost control
  • Participating in technical meetings to improve machine performance and output
  • Leading responses to equipment failures and supporting investment projects
  • Collaborating closely with a technical team of around 25 colleagues

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor?s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (or equivalent level)
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a production environment
  • Experience with maintenance management systems (knowledge of Ultimo is a plus)
  • Strong command of English; German is an advantage
  • Organized, safety-conscious, and service-oriented
  • Able to prioritize, think critically, and keep oversight under pressure
