We?re hiring a sharp, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to take full ownership of daily and monthly accounting up to Trial Balance. If you're confident with reconciliations, journals, and QuickBooks Online, this is your opportunity to be the financial backbone of a dynamic, high-performance environment.

What You?ll Do

• Record and reconcile all daily financial transactions

• Manage weekly payroll journals and supplier/customer reconciliations

• Prepare weekly financial reports with actionable insights

• Drive month-end close: accruals, provisions, reconciliations, and Trial Balance

• Submit EMP201s, EMP501s, VAT, and workers comp returns

• Assist with audits and ensure legislative compliance

What You Bring

• 3+ years? experience as a Bookkeeper (up to Trial Balance)

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (min 2 years)

• Strong Excel skills and digital document management knowledge

• Experience with VAT, payroll, and statutory submissions

• Independent, proactive, and highly organised mindset
