Hiring Project Manager at ISG !

Experience: 8 to 12 yrs

Location: Mumbai

Position Summary

The Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of fintech projects, with a focus on project planning, effort estimation, timely execution, and profitability. The role involves managing work breakdown structures (WBS), aligning product and business teams, and ensuring accurate documentation of client requirements.

Key responsibilities include conducting client review meetings, driving timely sign-offs, tracking project financials, and controlling scope. The role also ensures compliance with GPAAS governance, including mapping of all relevant project artifacts. Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and delivery oversight are essential.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Project Planning, Estimation & Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)

• Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, deliverables, and critical milestones.
• Create and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and effort estimation for each phase of the project.
• Align Product and Business teams on delivery expectations and dependencies.

2. Timely Delivery & Profitability Management

• Ensure all project phases are completed within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
• Track and report on project profitability, including cost vs. budget and effort vs. billing.
• Implement change control processes to manage scope creep and protect margins.

3. Client Engagement, Reviews & Requirement Management

• Arrange regular project review meetings with clients to share status updates, manage expectations, and address concerns proactively.
• Ensure all business requirements are accurately captured, documented, and validated through structured interactions with clients.
• Provide finalized requirement documents to Product and Technology teams; ensure timely sign-off from both client and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure proactive communication, status reporting, and expectation setting with both internal and external stakeholders.

4. GPAAS Compliance and adherence

• Ensure adherence to GPAAS compliance i.e. all relevant Product lines are mapped to Client Projects on GPAAS.
• Mapping of BRM, TRM, Test Cases to Clients managed by you
• Track GPAAS Compliance and ensure good governance
