Role & responsibilities


Required Skills


  • Proven experience writing for developer audiences, especially in FinTech or payment systems.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, authentication protocols (OAuth2, JWT), and API gateways like Apigee 
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and containerized environments.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content.
  • Experience with tools such as SwaggerHub, Postman, and markdown-based documentation systems.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Exposure to AI/ML integrations, LLM-powered workflows, or chatbot documentation.
  • Experience with compliance-sensitive environments (e.g., SOC2, GDPR).

Familiarity with developer experience metrics and self-service documentation strategies
