Role Overview:

Were looking for a sharp, analytical, and ambitious Performance Marketing Specialist to help us drive paid growth across Amazon (AMS) and Google Ads. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 02 years of hands-on experience (including internships or freelance projects) who is eager to learn, experiment, and grow in the performance marketing space.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Amazon Ads (AMS):

• Set up and manage Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand, and Sponsored Display campaigns
• Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and listing audits
• Track and improve campaign performance across ACoS, ROAS, and BACoS
• Collaborate with catalog/content teams to improve ad impact and product visibility

2.Google Ads:

• Assist in managing Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube campaigns
• Support in setting up conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience targeting
• Analyse data to refine bidding strategies and ad creatives
• Contribute to ongoing A/B tests and performance experiments

3.Analytics & Reporting:

• Generate weekly reports and insights on campaign health and KPIs
• Help maintain dashboards to track budget, spend, and ROI
• Stay updated with platform trends, tools, and ad policy changes

Who You Are:

• 0 - 3 years of experience in digital marketing (internships, freelance, or full-time roles)
• Knowledge of Amazon Ads Console, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for performance tracking and analysis
• Curious, data-driven, and eager to upskill across platforms
• Bonus: Google Ads or Amazon Ads certification(s)
