Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Process Designer with strong technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP. In this role, you will analyze and improve business workflows, propose optimized solutions, and work closely with stakeholders to define product requirements and use cases. You'll also implement mechanisms for continuous process monitoring and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in business process design and Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
  
• Analyze and improve existing business processes and workflows.
  
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend optimization strategies.
  
• Collaborate with business users to gather detailed product requirements and translate them into use cases.
  
• Design feedback mechanisms and continuous monitoring frameworks to track process effectiveness.
  
• Work across multiple teams to drive decisions and align processes with business objectives.
  
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts and developers in process improvement projects.
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must-Have:

• Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP
  
• Deep understanding of business process analysis and workflow optimization
  
• Hands-on experience with ERP configurations, customizations, and technical integrations
  
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  

Good-to-Have:

• Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN, ARIS)
  
• Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies
  
• Knowledge of industry-specific ERP use cases
