Marketing and Property Promotions Manager

Are you a dynamic and creative individual with a flair for marketing and a passion for property? Our client, a well established business with a diverse portfolio, is seeking a Marketing & Property Promotions Manager to join their energetic team.

This exciting, hands-on role offers a unique blend of marketing, promotions, advertising, digital content creation, and property coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and promote commercial office space across platforms and to potential tenants
• Develop and execute promotional events at shopping centres to drive foot traffic and tenant engagement
• Sell advertising space within shopping centres and other media platforms
• Oversee and manage social media and digital marketing content, including campaigns and updates
• Work closely with residential and commercial property tenants and advertising clientele
• Oversee property rentals and tenant liaison 

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing, events, or property coordination
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Social media and digital content proficiency (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Canva/graphic tools)
• Highly organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple projects
• Own vehicle and valid driver?s licence essential
