Additional information: 1-2 years of full-time work experience in BPO/BPM industry and especially Mortgage (Servicing and Origination) and Retail Banking (Investment Services) domain experience will be the added advantage. Candidate needs to have 15 years of full-time education and Any non-Technical Graduate. Proficient with basic computer knowledge Candidate should be flexible to work in 24*7 environments Comfortable to work in complete night shifts Excellent verbal, written communication, interpretation and active listening skills Ability to quickly and efficiently assimilate process knowledge Should be comfortable working from office. Job Details: Interview Location: Pune Work Location: Pune Qualification: Graduates & Post graduation Designation: Senior Process Executive Job Level: 2A Shift Timings: 24/7 (Including Night shifts) Experience: 1Yr to 2Yrs Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 15 Days Documents and things to Carry: Carry a print out your updated resume; Carry any 2 photo Identity proof (PAN Card/Driving License/Voters ID card/Passport). All original education documents need to be available for verification. (10th, 12th, Graduation (Sem Wise Marksheet, CMM. Provisional and Original Degree) Candidates to carry mobile charger and ear/headphones to the hiring venue for in-person assessments and evaluations Mandatory to carry Smartphone and Headset for Assessment, ID proof Hardcopy.
