Job Description About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Salesforce Admin/Developer to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, demonstrating expertise in Salesforce administration, configuration, and development. Role & responsibilities Configure, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications to meet business needs. Design, build, and maintain Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Perform Salesforce administration tasks including user management, data management, workflows, validation rules, and security settings. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective Salesforce solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing Salesforce applications. Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure the optimal performance of Salesforce applications. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices, continuously improving your technical skills. Preferred candidate profile 3-6 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, specifically with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration. Strong problem-solving abilities, eagerness to learn, and passion for developing innovative Salesforce solutions. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer) will be an advantage. Proficient in tools such as Apex Data Loader, Postman, Workbench, etc. Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
