The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include the following: Travel to customer sites to provide service, support, installation, and maintenance on industrial equipment Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues, including troubleshooting PLCs, VFDs, and other components Perform in-house duties such as building electrical control panels, pre-wiring equipment, and assembling systems Supervise on-site contractors, and provide technical phone support to customers Produce timely and detailed service reports while promoting a strong safety culture The background of the successful candidate must include the following: 1-2 years of field service experience with a strong electrical background (bending conduit, building panels, etc.) Proven ability to work independently as a self-starter Must have a clean criminal background due to customer safety policies A US citizen or possess a green card A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to Canada and Mexico (valid passport required) ..
