Eligibility

• Graduate with minimum 50% marks (final year/result awaited eligible)

• Freshers & Postgraduates (MBA/BE/B.Tech) welcome

• Age: Below 25 years (on batch start date)

• Experience: 0-5 years in sales (any sector)

• Excellent communication & sales skills

• No prior association with the bank, its group, or vendors

• No immediate family members employed with the bank

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound calls to Wealth/Privy customers

• Promote & cross-sell banking products

• Achieve sales, service, and quality benchmarks

• Maintain compliance, security, and accurate records

• Deliver exceptional customer support

• 100% office-based (no fieldwork)
