Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager specializing in Building Materials, particularly ALC Wall Panels. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a passion for sales and a strong background in the building construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing business strategies, and managing client relationships across multiple locations including Surat, Ahmedabad, Pune, and Indore.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the building materials sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Provide training and support to sales team members to enhance their performance.
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, outlining performance metrics and growth opportunities.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry developments, and competitor activities.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 to 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong knowledge of laminate flooring, glass, tiles, and other building materials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Demonstrated ability in business development and strategic planning.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data.
• Willingness to travel to various locations as required.

Employment Details

This is a full-time position with a day schedule and requires on-site work. We are looking to fill 3 positions for this role, offering an attractive annual salary of 8,00,000.
