Job Role - QA Lead

Location - Navi Mumbai / Bangalore / Noida / Gurugram

Job Role :

• Manage test team to ensure proper test coverage and reporting.
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test strategies, test plans and test cases
• Ensure every feature developed by the team is tested
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Blend automated/ manual testing to efficiently cover the systems functionality without compromising quality
• Strive to automate and maintain comprehensive test suites with a continuous improvement mindset
• Work with the IT and operations to run tests in production environments after deployment to ensure quality
• Partner with development teams to identify key areas of risk in new solutions
• Stay updated with industry best practices and standards on testing

Key Skills :

• QA experience in Azure Data Platform services like ADF, Databricks, Pyspark, ADLS Gen2, Synapse, Event Hubs, SQL/Advanced SQL, Restful API services, Delta lake tables, Power BI, Azure analysis Services, and data security services
• Experience with manual acceptance testing at story level, exploratory and creative testing, and within fast-paced sprint cycles
• Experience implementing automated end-to-end tests, experience with frameworks and tools such as BDD, Cypress, Selenium, Rest-Assured, Pytest, XCUITest, Espresso
• Ability to develop integration, performance, and load bearing tests experience with frameworks and tools such Gatling, Locust and K6
