We are currently seeking applications for the role of Management Trainee - SCM Supply Planning. As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for demonstrating a strong understanding of supply chain and supply planning business drivers, organizational structures, and key metrics. Your well-developed interpersonal and communication skills will be essential in balancing priorities across multiple internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, your ability to quickly learn new systems and leverage information to influence others will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities include: - Balancing resources vs requirements - Seasonal / LTO supply planning - Supply planning response to customer / product segmentation - Support monthly Sales and Operations Planning workbooks - Analyzing and reviewing inventory stocking policies and strategies - Recommending and implementing changes to achieve the lowest Supply Chain cost - Providing inventory management support - Planning material actions to ensure production needs are met - Supporting the creation of a monthly supply review meeting Qualifications we seek in you: Minimum Qualifications / Skills: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, engineering, or related field - MBA preferred - Experience in Fulfilment Planning or related field - Experience with Blue Yonder or other Advance Planning System - APICS affiliation and/or certification - Ability to work in a multicultural environment - Working knowledge of ERP & Planning systems like SAP, JDA BY, APO, Kinaxis, etc. Preferred Qualifications / Skills: - Supply Chain related experience in Supply Planning, preferably in a CPG/Consumer Electronics company - Knowledge of Analytical tools like Power BI, Tableau If you are a proactive and results-driven individual with a passion for supply chain and planning, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
