Senior Property Manager: Harvey 2639 We are currently looking for a Senior Property Manager for our company located in Vancouver BC. Our company is one of the well-known developers in Canada, we have a lot of landmark architectures across North America including luxury condominium residences, hotels, and commercial buildings. Our expertise in design, property development, construction and solid property management is second to none in the market. We are proud to make a difference through our complementary architectural expressions and create a better community in Greater Vancouver. Our company currently has an opportunity to join our team as a Senior Property Manager . We are looking for an experienced, motivated and results driven individual to oversee over 1 million square feet of industrial buildings, retail spaces, apartment rental buildings and condominium units. Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to: 1. Rent collections and receivables Ensure timely collection of rent and other receivables Follow up on collection efforts Look after any court or legal proceedings as needed 2. Oversee to ensure that eviction processes, move-ins, warning letters to tenant, etc. are done on a timely manner and in accordance with rules and regulations 3. Maintaining good relations with tenants Ensure good customer service Resolving tenant issues and complaints 4. Leasing and lease renewals a. Ensure quality tenants are accepted 5. Day-to-day operations of the properties 6. Prepare or review operating budgets as needed 7. Assisting in TI co-ordination to ensure that the TIs are completed as scheduled 8. Maintaining a database of current market rates and trends 9. Preparing monthly status reports on all tenants and vacant spaces and units available for lease 10. Identifying new opportunities for revenue growth Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years working experience as a Property Manager Driver’s license This is a Full-time position Salary of $80,000 - $120,000 plus per year, depending on experience Full Benefits package available after 3 months. .. |
