Job Description

    Job Title: Sales Executive  
    CTC: 2.28 to 3.5 LPA (Based on experience & current CTC)
    Age Limit: 32 years (Maximum)    

    Requirements:

    • Education: Graduation (Mandatory).  
    • Experience: 0-4 years of relevant experience in Banking (preferably in CASA, Credit Card, or Insurance sectors).  
    • Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills.  
    • Age: Maximum 32 years.  
    • Vehicle: Must have a two-wheeler.  
    • Location: [Specify Location  
     Key Responsibilities:
    • Drive sales and revenue generation for banking products such as CASA, Credit Cards, and Insurance.  
    • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term growth.  
    • Conduct market research to identify and explore new business opportunities.  
    • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.  
    • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.  
    • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, outlining product offerings and benefits.  
    • Regularly update management with reports on sales progress and challenges
