Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services offered by the company. Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce). Meet performance targets set by management for quality metrics such as first call resolution rate, average handling time, etc. Desired Candidate Profile 0-1 year of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment preferred but not mandatory. Required good communication and analytical skills essential. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) necessary; knowledge of CRM software an added advantage. NOTE : BE /BTECH/ MCA Graduates not accepted for this interview.
