Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented NPD Specialist to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM), client handling, and new product development, along with hands-on experience in SAP and MS Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support new product development initiatives and planning activities.
• Handle client interactions and ensure effective communication across teams.
• Work with SAP for data management and reporting.
• Prepare and manage MIS reports for internal and client-facing reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive SCM excellence.

Desired Skills:

• Strong knowledge of SCM and product development processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with SAP.
• Excellent communication and client handling skills.
• Ability to manage MIS reporting and planning tasks independently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 36 years of relevant experience in NPD, SCM, or client-facing roles.
