We are hiring for US Healthcare Claims at Mangalore.

• Job Location: Mangalore
• Qualification: Any Graduate
• Experience: 1-3 Years
• Shift : US Shift (WFO - Mandatory)
• Employment Type: Full-Time.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Should be able to work in US Shifts
• Must have 1 year experience in US Healthcare Claims Process
• Must be able to work from office ( Mangalore Location)
• Must Excellent communication in English ( Speak & Write)

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Claims Adjudicator to join our NSA (No Surprises Act) project team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US healthcare claims processing, with specific expertise in claims adjustments. Prior experience working on NSA-related initiatives will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, analyze, and adjudicate healthcare claims in compliance with US healthcare regulations and payer policies.
• Handle complex claim adjustments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contractual and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure NSA compliance in claims processing.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in claims data and documentation.
• Support audit and quality assurance processes related to NSA claims.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NSA regulations and their impact on claims adjudication.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in the US healthcare domain, specifically in claims adjudication.
• Strong understanding of claims adjustment processes and payer-provider contract terms.
• Familiarity with healthcare coding standards (ICD, CPT, HCPCS).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working on NSA (No Surprises Act) projects or similar regulatory initiatives.
• Experience with claims adjudication systems and tools
