Our client, a leader in the signage industry, is seeking to employ a experienced Sales Representative to their team.

The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving new business development and maintaining existing client relationships within the signage and visual communication sector.

This role requires a results-driven individual with strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to provide tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Requirements include, but not limited to:

  • Minimum 2 years sales / key account management experience.
  • Must have basic knowledge of :
    • Coreldraw
    • MS Excel 
    • MS Word 
  • Must have a valid and unendorsed drivers license.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably within the signage, printing, or related industries.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to calculate complex quotations
  • Office administrative duties as and when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the signage and branding market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand requirements and recommend suitable signage solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
  • Work closely with design, production, and installation teams to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and new product offerings.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Basic salary :  R7,000 (negotiable)
  • Commission : Lucrative commission structure - will be explained during interview
  • Use of company vehicle during office hours
