Job Title: Bending Machine Operator

Location: Boksburg, Gauteng
Hourly Rate: R58 ? R62 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Overview:

Our client based in Boksburg is currently seeking an experienced Bending Machine Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background operating bending machines, preferably within the steel or metal fabrication industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor bending machines to shape and form metal components according to specifications.

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.

• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy of bends and dimensions.

• Set up machines, select appropriate tools, and adjust machine settings for optimal performance.

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

• Perform routine maintenance and report any mechanical issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating bending machines (minimum 2 years preferred).

• Industry experience in steel or metal fabrication is highly advantageous.

• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments.

• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Remuneration:

• Competitive hourly rate between R58 and R62, based on experience and skill level.
