Job Title: Junior Admin Consultant (with Paralegal Qualification)

We are seeking a Junior Admin Consultant with a Paralegal qualification to provide administrative, paralegal and translation support across our operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who is eager to develop their career in a structured, professional environment, while applying both administrative and legal knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support, including document management, filing, and correspondence.
  • Draft, review, and process basic legal and business documents under supervision.
  • Assist with the preparation, collation, and management of contracts, agreements, and compliance documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and service providers in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Support consultants and management with research, reporting, and project coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and relevant legal/regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with diary management, scheduling, and meeting preparation.
  • Translation Support (isiZulu/English)

Requirements

  • Paralegal qualification (certificate, diploma, or degree).
  • Prior administrative or office support experience (1?2 years preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • A proactive, professional, and client-focused attitude.
