Sagen Advisory is recruiting on behalf of our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking accounting firm with an international footprint and a strong local presence. Our client's team of 35 operates from offices in Cape Town, London, and Mossel Bay, with their founder leading from Ibiza. They specialize in providing comprehensive financial solutions to a diverse client base, from local businesses in the Garden Route to multinational corporations. The Position

We are seeking a creative and hands-on Content Creator to join our team in Mossel Bay. This is a role for someone who is passionate about storytelling and skilled in visual and written communication. You will be the person who captures the essence of our firm, creating content that engages our audience and reflects both our local roots and our international identity.

You don't need to be an accounting expert, but you must have a keen eye for compelling content and a strong desire to learn about our industry. Your main goal is to produce high-quality, consistent content that showcases our expertise and our culture.

What You'll Do

• Content Creation: Produce a consistent flow of original content, including short-form videos (Reels, TikToks), graphics, and professional photographs for social media.

• Video Production: Capture, edit, and subtitle short videos of team members, events, and behind-the-scenes moments to showcase the firm's culture and expertise.

• Written Content: Draft engaging copy for social media posts and assist with writing articles, blogs, and newsletters.

• Community Storytelling: Actively seek out and capture stories from our team in Mossel Bay, Cape Town, and London to highlight our global culture. Share client success stories and industry insights in a compelling format.

• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual and written content aligns with our brand guidelines and professional voice.

• Content Library Management: Help organize and maintain a library of creative assets, including photos, videos, and graphics.

What We're Looking For

• A creative professional with a strong portfolio showcasing their skills in video and/or graphic design.

• Experience in a content creation, social media, or communications role.

• Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva or the Adobe Creative Suite.

• Skilled in video editing software for short-form content.

• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills in English.

• A proactive and independent mindset, with the ability to manage your own projects and deadlines.

• A curious mindset and a willingness to learn about the accounting and finance industry.
