US Remote Beverage Sales Manager - Beverage & Spirits

US Full Remote A premium domestic producer of frozen fruit purées, concentrates, and custom blends. This position will lead its national strategy focusing on major spirit distributors, beverage retailers, and grocery. This key commercial role will own the go-to-market execution for new products, with particular emphasis on syrups and flavor innovation. Responsibilities: Strategy & Growth Build and execute go-to-market strategies for beverage launches. Analyze market data and competitors to inform pricing, positioning, and portfolio growth. Define sales targets and track performance by category. Sales & Distribution Manage relationships with spirit distributors, retail buyers, and grocery chain partners. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotions. Drive product launches at key retailers like Total Wine & More and national grocery banners. Partnerships & Promotions Collaborate on co-marketing with spirit brands and distributors. Represent the brand at industry events, tastings, and activations to drive visibility. Build long-term customer relationships to expand market penetration. Product & Innovation Support product development and flavor profiling based on consumer trends. Partner with R&D, marketing, and sales to create seasonal and on-trend offerings. Qualifications: BS / BA. 5+ years in beverage sales, product management, or brand development. Background in syrups, flavors, cocktail innovation, or mixology preferred. Existing relationships with major spirit distributors and beverage retailers is required. Strong negotiation, presentation, and CRM (Salesforce) skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint). Proven ability to hit and exceed sales goals, manage promotions, and build strategic partnerships. Willingness and availability to travel up to 50% of the time. ___________ Base Salary $80K + 25% bi-annual bonus + profit sharing (approximately 12% of gross annual wages will be added to 401K), Potential Annual $112,000, 100% company paid medical, dental, vision and Life insurance, EAP program, 11 paid Holidays, vacation, company laptop, docking station, cell phone, and company credit card. Mileage reimbursement. |
