? Your Mission

Be the hero who helps Belgian clients get their appliances back in shape! You?ll handle inbound calls, manage repairs, process claims, and make every customer smile. ?

? What you?ll do

• ? Answer inbound calls & emails (in/out) in Flemish
• ?? Book repairs & handle claims/complaints
• ? Provide top-notch customer service

? You are

• ?? Fluent in Flemish + English & French
• ? Strong communicator ? verbal & written
• ? Detail-oriented, adaptable & stress-resistant
• ? Great listener, problem-solver & multitasker
• ?Customer-first attitude
