To support their Benelux market operations, they are looking for a Belgian Telesales Agent who is fluent in Flemish and French, with a natural talent for customer contact and sales. If you're a motivated communicator with a commercial mindset and a team spirit ? this opportunity is for you!

? What you?ll do

• Handle inbound calls from Belgian customers in French and Flemish
• Register new home appliances and customer details
• Explain the legal warranty and offer additional insurance
• Use your sales and communication skills to meet performance targets
• Provide great customer service and share feedback on improvements

? You are

• Fluent in Flemish and French (English or Spanish is a plus!)
• A strong communicator with a commercial mindset
• Confident in sales and overcoming objections
• Customer-focused, proactive, and a real team player
• Comfortable with Microsoft tools and working remotely
