What will your typical day look like? As a Senior Manager on Deloitte's Energy, Resources & Industrials team, your day will involve overseeing project planning and execution, engaging with senior clients to understand and address their strategic needs, and leveraging advanced technologies to deliver innovative solutions. You will work up to 50% on our client's operational sites, lead data analysis, develop comprehensive strategic recommendations, and present findings to top stakeholders.

Additionally, you will mentor and guide junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies will be crucial to driving significant value for our clients and maintaining Deloitte's competitive edge. About the team Deloitte's Energy, Resources & Industrials (ER&I) practice, particularly the Mining & Metals sector, leverages advanced technology and innovative transformation strategies to help clients navigate the complexities of the global mining industry. The team focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, driving sustainable practices, and fostering digital innovation.

By bringing an integrated and strategic perspective to operational performance, Deloitte's experts assist companies in optimizing their value chains, improving safety and compliance, and achieving long-term growth. The team also provides strategic insights and supports the implementation of comprehensive transformation initiatives, ensuring that clients are well-positioned to meet the evolving demands of the industry. Enough about us, let's talk about you You are someone who has: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. • Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in the mining, energy, or power & utilities sector, preferably working as a part of an operational team, with a strong background in industrial operations, maintenance, and process optimization.

• Proven experience in delivering sustained operational improvements, leading large project teams, managing senior client relationships, and delivering successful outcomes at a strategic level. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience with data analysis, strategic planning, and decision-making. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior stakeholders and executives. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple high-priority projects.

• Strong client service orientation with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, impactful solutions. • Deep knowledge of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities within the mining and energy sectors, with a specific focus on operations and maintenance. • Relevant industry certifications are a plus (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, Maintenance Management Professional). Total Rewards The salary range for this position is $97,000 - $234,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
