Job Description Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive Location: Navi Mumbai Employment Type: 6-Month Contract (with potential to convert to Full-Time) Department: Human Resources (Talent Acquisition) Reports To: TA Manager / HR Lead About the Role: Sutherland is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic BBA/ BMS / MBA / MA HRM / PG graduate with a passion for people, communication, and organizational growth to join our Talent Acquisition team . This role offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, employer branding, and stakeholder management. You'll play a vital role in building the future workforce of our organization. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process : sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions. Source candidates through various channels including campus drives, job portals, social media, and networking. Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate fit (communication, motivation, and basic role alignment). Coordinate with internal teams and candidates for smooth interview scheduling and feedback collection .

Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards. Support in campus recruitment and hiring events. Assist in offer management, pre-boarding , and basic HR documentation. Qualifications: BBA/ BMS/ MBA / MA HRM / PG (Specialization in HR) from a recognized institution.

Strong interest in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment / HR operations . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. High energy, learning agility, and a collaborative mindset.

Work directly with a senior cybersecurity specialist to support day-to-day security operations and projects
Create and update critical documentation like policies, procedures, and incident playbooks
