Job Description

Enterprise IAM Engineering Technical Leader

Enterprise IAM Engineering Technical Leader leads a team to provide complex solutions within IAM Domain. You will manage Rockwells Internal Enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions, ensuring security and compliance across on-premises and cloud environments. This senior role requires technical depth in IAM technologies, API Security, strategic leadership, mentoring capabilities, and the ability to help design and manage complex IAM & API Security systems with needs and evolving regulatory requirements. Main responsibilities include driving the adoption, best practices for security and user experience.

You will be reporting to DIRECTOR, IDENTITY AND ACCESS Management.

We are open to hire - Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Noida at India.

Your Responsibilities:

• Requires minimum 12+ years of technical management experience.

• You will be reporting to the IAM Leader and help in managing and help build a large team of experienced and experienced IAM and API security team.

• And experience leading teams and simultaneously

• Help with strategic planning, developing roadmaps and execution of the IAM and API security programmers.

• Provide leadership and technical direction for designing and building IAM & API Security solutions with business and technical groups to adoption.

• Partner with teams, including Security Architecture and Engineering, other cyber security, development teams, business and corporate divisions to ensure understanding of organizational goals.

• Experience with business complexity and project interdependencies

• New technologies and changing requirements

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Bachelors Degree in computer science, software engineering, management information systems, or related field or equivalent relevant years of experience.

• Experience with M&A and related IAM technology systems

• Experience with IAM and API security technology systems such as EntraID, Sailpoint IIQ, CyberArk PAM, Hashicorp, SALT, Mulesoft Marketplace, Crowdstrike Identity module.

• Ensure IAM systems follow relevant security and regulatory standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC 2

• Design, implementing, and optimising secure access controls which include API Security, Identity Governance, SSO , MFA and Password less Solutions

• The ability to travel 25% of the time.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Experience with Identity Federation

• Experience with IAM and API security for Agentic AI and other automation security.

• Experience with Azure, AWS cloud IAM systems

• Experience designing, integrating and managing complex SaaS solutions

• Experience managing large teams

• Comprehensive knowledge of hardware, software, application and systems engineering

• Demonstrated experience with business process and performance modelling, benchmarking and financial analysis

• Knowledge of architectural design frameworks, integration frameworks and patterns

• Experience in systems development lifecycle

• Experience with Agile development methodologies
