Job Description Role-Technology Analyst- Infra Support and Tier2 Support Experience-4+Years Location- Hyderabad/Bangalore/Chennai Notice Period-0-30 Days Mandatory Skills- Strong expertise in SQL and shell scripting to automate and maintain backend processes and system health. Job Summary: Were looking for a skilled support engineer to manage and maintain application health, automate backend processes, and resolve system issues. This role involves working with SQL, shell scripts, cloud tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and service delivery. Work directly with a senior cybersecurity specialist to support day-to-day security operations and projects
Create and update critical documentation like policies, procedures, and incident playbooks
Help roll out monthly security awareness training and phishing simulations across the organization
