As a Senior Backend Software Engineer (Python), you?ll play a key role in shaping and delivering this innovation to our users. You?ll design and build high-performance backend services that make ELT operations easy, efficient, and accessible. Your expertise will directly influence product scalability, reliability, and user experience.

What You?ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services primarily in Python.

• Develop and enhance APIs, ensuring they are secure, performant, and easy to use.

• Leverage AWS services (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Redshift, RDS, etc.) to deliver robust cloud-native solutions.

• Lead the design and implementation of new features, ensuring scalability and reliability at every step.

• Collaborate with product, design, and QA to bring new ideas from concept to production.

• Improve automation and developer efficiency with modern CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Serverless Framework).

• Mentor and support other developers, raising the technical bar across the team.

What You Bring

Technical Expertise

• 6+ years of professional experience building backend applications, with Python as your primary language.

• Solid background in building distributed, cloud-native applications (AWS preferred).

• Familiarity with REST API design, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.

Collaboration & Communication

• Proven ability to work in remote, cross-functional teams.

• Strong English communication skills.

• Experience mentoring, reviewing code, and providing technical leadership is a plus.
