? Your Role

For one of the biggest energy suppliers in The Netherlands ?, we?re looking for a Customer Service Agent who speaks Dutch or Flemish and English fluently.

You?ll help customers via phone, chat, or email with questions about invoices, contracts, or account details.

Your responsibilities include:

• ? Handling all incoming questions via phone, email & chat
• ? Supporting customers with invoices, payments & tariff changes
• ?? Resolving complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
• ? Retaining customers and building strong relationships
• ? Managing move requests and updating customer info

? Requirements

• ? Dutch or Flemish (C2) + English (C1)
• ? MS Office & CRM experience
• ?? Strong communication skills
• ? Logical, analytical, and proactive
• ? Empathetic, patient, and eager to learn
• ? Team player with flexibility and sales drive
