A reputable tyre retailer is seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead operations at their branch in Johannesburg West. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in tyre and under-car fitment, retail management, and financial oversight, with excellent communication skills in both Afrikaans and English.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient business running.
- Manage, motivate, and lead branch staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain optimal stock levels, manage inventory, and oversee procurement processes.
- Ensure the achievement of budgets and performance targets as set for the branch.
- Interpret financial statements and take corrective actions to maintain and grow profitability.
- Grow the business through the acquisition of new accounts and customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service.
- Implement effective sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

- Must reside in Johannesburg West area.
- Matric (Grade 12) and a relevant post-matric degree/qualification.
- Valid driver?s license.
- Advanced computer literacy (proficient with MS Office and relevant systems).
- In-depth knowledge of tyres and under-car fitment processes.
- Demonstrated financial and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial statements.
- Managerial qualification and/or proven management experience.
- At least 2 years of retail management experience (tyre/automotive sector an advantage).
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills ? fluent in both Afrikaans and English.
