  • Compliance: Applying your deep knowledge of Spanish HR legislation and labor law to ensure the company remains compliant in all administrative processes.
  • Administration: Managing personnel files, drafting contracts, and handling sick leave/absenteeism administration.
  • Onboarding: Organizing and facilitating a smooth onboarding experience for new hires in the Granada office.
  • Reporting: Assisting with HR reporting and maintaining the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).

This is more than just a temporary contract; it is a launchpad for your career.

  • Career Growth: An excellent opportunity to start or accelerate your career at a leading international company.
  • Flexibility: A balanced hybrid working model (3 days in our modern Granada office, 2 days working from home).
  • Future Potential: While this starts as a maternity cover, we are looking for talent to keep. Extension is very likely for high performers.
