Showroom Sales Consultant ? REQUIREMENTS: National Senior Certificate Certificate or Diploma in Interior Design/Decor or related field advantageous Minimum 2 years sales experience in retail in a similar role, same or related industry Exposure to an interior design environment Experience in coordinating the operational aspects of a shop or outlet is an advantage Own reliable transport Be assertive with drive and ambition Be decisive and able to prioritize Ability to cope in a high-paced and high-pressure environment. MAIN DUTIES: Support showroom operations by organizing cuttings, sample hangers, and books Support showroom customer service by assisting sales staff in the showroom, as well as the Sales Consultants who are mainly out on the road servicing clients. Support showroom customer service by answering and directing calls, responding to enquiries, scanning appros in and out, liaising with clients to collect orders, offering and making for clients, etc. Maintaining cleanliness and order of the showroom, cuttings, and surrounding areas.

Skills required: Good telephone etiquette Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) Good presentation skills Good with building and maintaining customer relationships Excellent customer service and after-sales service Good at selling products and concepts Well-presented and professional with good business etiquette.
