at a minimum intermediate level are required RESPONSIBILITIES Act as the gatekeeper for product-related (PR)

numbers, ensuring that vehicle components and models are correctly set up, tracked, and aligned with

technical specs, sales offers, and production requirements across multiple departments Ensure that all activities set

out by the supervisor are undertaken and completed by the engineering data controller to ensure

all databases are completed on time Provide product information, product planning that is controlled/ analysed/

coordinated and implemented and completed in time as per the timing plan for new projects

and model year changes Provide product support regarding technical information to the company according to

the group's worldwide standards Represent group forums for MBT/ TI Synchro/ KVS/ TI-REX/ COPS/ CoRe/

Connect, etc., and interact with group counterparts, negotiate and enforce group requirements and create and

maintain the Bill of Materials, MBT and Connect for various projects Bill of Materials management

Create and maintain BOMs using technical product descriptions and vehicle PR specifications Collaborate with local

and international design engineers to ensure BOMs reflect accurate design levels Coordinate with production and

logistics teams to ensure material availability Represent group in global forums (MBT, TI Synchro, FAKOM,

and Connect) Conduct weekly BOM consistency checks using PASTA and resolve discrepancies Prepare TULs and

draft statements for change requests (ÄKOs, AWEs, ECRs) Manage release orders in TI-Synchro and KVS

Establish prototype vehicle parts lists and BOM databases for ?Stuecklistekontrollwagen? builds MBT system management Define

and manage PR numbers for vehicle projects based on customer specs and technical programs Align

PR structures with project management, sales, logistics, and product data controllers Advise on part validity

control procedures and coordinate technical rule incorporation Ensure compliance with PR number management standards Develop

and maintain sales offer programs and assign model keys Conduct buildability analyses and support APS

(product safety committee) processes Perform vehicle comparisons to support SSA market investigations ..

Essential Functions

1. Process and verify incoming payments, ensuring accuracy in transactions and resolving any discrepancies.
2. Prepare and send invoices to clients, following up on outstanding payments as necessary.
3. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all accounts receivable transactions.
4. Collaborate with the sales and customer service departments to resolve billing issues and improve customer satisfaction.

6. Generate reports detailing accounts receivable status for review by the finance manager.

Work Environment
This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Demands
This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required, which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and typical work hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.


Required Education and Experience
  • Recent A/R experience (within the past 3 years) which includes posting payments to the G/L
  • Experience processing virtual/verbal credit card payments through a third-party website which includes posting them to the G/L
  • Experience Imaging customer checks to the Bank imaging system
  • Experience with weekly/monthly/bi-monthly billing
  • Experience Managing a digital filing system using Adobe pdf. files and Microsoft print to pdf.
  • Experience Calling on customer accounts for 90-day collections
  • Experience with Excel?Expert
  • Experience with 10-key calculator
  • Great phone etiquette
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to meet crucial deadlines on a daily basis

Additional Eligibility Qualifications
? Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
